Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

We pledge to prepare and to ship items within 5 days from a placed order.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging including any associated certificates or other documents. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@interference.zone. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note it can take some time for banks and credit card companies to process the refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying of your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
